Good value. For a quick overnight stay, it was an excellent value. If I were staying for more than a few hoursyours I would have appreicated expanded amenities (hair dryer, extra towels, more soap, coffee maker in room, pool). But for a simple overnight, the price was right. I also appreciated the mutiple notices around the building that excessive noise and loitering in halls would not be tolerated. It makes a difference when guests are aware that management intends to run a tight, quite ship. Thanks. We will stay again, I'm sure.

All I can say is that you get what you pay for. It's a no frills, place to sleep kind of hotel. The rooms are small ( the king sized bed filled the room) and electrical outlets are in short supply.
There was a small spill on the counter that wasn't cleaned before I checked in. I waited to see how long it would take before the maid noticed and took care of it. 5 days later, it was finally gone. There were also "drippings" on the floor in front of the toilet when I checked in. Those took 3 days to get cleaned. It's not the cleanest place to stay, but it did what I needed it for... A place to sleep.

Good price and location.
They over charged us for the room. I would not have known if I did not check my checking balance when I got home.

The pool area was fantastic, warm, and colorful, and the staff really made an effort to be helpful. Some cleanliness issues were noticeable, like dust in the room and an unpleasant smell. A pleasant experience thanks to the friendly front desk.

Easy access off road and central to some quality restaurants and I don't mean fast food, staff was helpful and courteous.
It was a boarding Motel, safety issues, not very clean, still smelled of smoke even though smoke free, bed linen actually had cigarette burns in them

Honestly, we were only there long enough to sleep. It was fine for the money. Room could have been cleaner, had to pull sheet over mattress before climbing in. Again, we checked in very late and were tired so it suited our needs.

I recently enjoyed my stay with a comfy room, a well-stocked breakfast including sausage and eggs, and a sink with a functional stopper—rare to find! I would definitely return.

The room was very nicely designed for a "budget" room: very comfortable. I appreciated, for example, having both a desk-and-chair and a lounge-type chair, as well as a larger than usual refrigerator. I greatly appreciated the presence of MSNBC (and the absence of Fox News!) in your cable TV lineup. For a simple continental breakfast, there was a nice variety of choices, and I appreciated the availability of nutritional information for the various pastries. The fact that pets were allowed was essential in my choosing this hotel. The just-off-the-Beltline location was very convenient. All the hotel staff I dealt with were extremely pleasant and helpful. And the price was superb!
The drawers were not very usable -- one was blocked entirely by the furniture near it (could not be pulled out without moving a table!), and neither had a "glide" (they both felt as if they were off-track somehow, but I couldn't find a "track"). And I don't really like hangers I can't remove from the rack. There was no available alarm clock in the room that I could see (on this trip, I had brought my own, but I don't always). But these are minor complaints about a room that was truly an excellent value for the money.

Friendly staff
Horrible mattress, sheets, pillows. They were all stained. Not clean at all. I even could feel the springs in the mattress. Everything was so old and dirty.

The double room was surprisingly clean and had a flat screen TV. The microwave and fridge were super convenient, too. I slept well without any noise disruptions.
